EI for LI

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to recognize and manage emotions in oneself and others. Leaders who harness the power of EI can create a positive impact on their teams and organizations. In this training, we help leaders find their emotional compass for their role, explore the four components of EI (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management) and how they can be leveraged to enhance their Leadership Impact (LI). We also cover practical techniques for developing EI skills, such as mindfulness, active listening, empathy and acceptance.

Develop People to Experience Growth

As a leader, your success is closely tied to the growth and development of your people. In this training, we explore the principles and practices of effective people development, including coaching, mentoring and feedback. We also help participants discover how to create a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization and how to measure the impact of people development efforts.

Creative Problem Solving

Effective problem-solving skills are essential for success in any organization. In this training, we introduce a holistic problem-solving method that integrates multiple disciplines, including design thinking, systems thinking and lean principles. We also cover techniques for generating and evaluating creative solutions. The Leader is able to experience fresh perspectives and build creative strategies independently thereby transforming the approach towards problem solving.

Effective Goal Setting

Goal setting is a critical component of leadership, but it's not always easy to do effectively. In this training, the Leader explores the principles and practices of effective goal setting and tracking, including how to align goals with organizational strategy, how to align people to the goals and how to track progress toward goals using effective measurements. The Leader’s role in goal setting defines the rest of the journey in accomplishing the targets.

Operating through Uncertainty

In today's rapidly changing business environment, uncertainty is the norm. Leaders who can operate effectively in a VUCA world are better equipped to navigate complex challenges and capitalize on opportunities. In this training, the Leader learns skills of maintaining balance, enhancing self-awareness to operate effectively for both themselves and their team. We facilitate the Leader to explore the transformative mindsets and strategies required to lead through uncertainty, including how to manage risk, how to make decisions in ambiguous situations and how to communicate effectively during times of change.

Coaching is a powerful tool for developing people and improving performance. In this training, we explore the principles of effective coaching, including
