At Verscient Solutions, We zoom into this and approach it in a RADAR model, pausing and working at every stage to facilitate your growth story.
What do we mean by a RADAR model?
A model with stages of Reflection, Awareness, Development, Action and Results one stage leading to the other and finally to a state of Empowerment.
Reflection
The reflective mindset that creates a powerful questioning process through visualization and diverse perspectives. We take a pause, to look at what we know, what we want to do and what are the different ways of doing it.
Awareness
Reflection leads to awareness. It is where we peel the onion to get answers to:
- Why are we in this journey of development?
- Where do we need to go?
- What are some of the advantages we have?
- What more can be harnessed?
- What are some honest truths we need to tell ourselves?
Development
Awareness sets the next stage towards development and this is where, right in the middle of the RADAR, we find the answers. We combine the reflective practice, the awareness that we have built; it is purposeful and focused with the end goal in sight. Development is facilitated through different methods of interventions that serve the specific growth journey.
Action
The progress experienced until now is put into practice. This creates a renewed experience and sets the stage for the next phase.
Results
In the final leg, we analyze the results. We look back from the end of the linear curve reminiscing the journey and celebrating it.
The results achieved through this model, built on the foundations of a reflective mindset and self- awareness leads to a sense of Empowerment. It goes beyond goal achievement to enable an experience that creates possibilities and drives actions from a soulful space.
