The organization was constituted in 2020 to scale new heights in the field of people development and consulting. We work with companies, individuals, and Social Groups to create a tangible impact in their respective journeys of accomplishment. Accomplishment is a state where our clients not just reach a point of success but also retain them effectively. Whilst Businesses and individuals are driven by value creation through strategy implementation, we facilitate in harnessing the "soulful" potential of the people towards self-awareness and powerful possibilities. What Makes Us the Best
The words ‘Self-Awareness’ and ‘Soul’ are almost always referred to in the context of an individual. Whilst this is true, it is not limited to only individuals. It is equally powerful and relevant for every organization that is involved in creating outcomes that impact the world we live in. Self-Awareness is paramount for the sustainable growth of an individual and organization alike. Whilst execution of a vision is critical, being aware of all the possibilities, the impact of challenges , and the depth of potential at all times translates into a state of feeling liberated. If we have more leaders who are highly self-aware, they are not just intimately familiar with themselves but also create a deep understanding of where they are and how they can best influence the environment. This shift due to self-awareness can 10x the impact. The technical capabilities that are organization/industry specific can be learned through external resources. Our endeavor is to see through your vision and get back to the drawing room to create solutions and tangible outcomes.

A certified coach, trainer and motivational speaker, Raghavan is deeply involved in creating ecosystems of learning that lead to holistic satisfaction for organizations and individuals alike. Raghavan brings a wealth of hands-on experience of 15 years in investment banking- creating business strategies, delivering cross geographical projects, and building collaboration in teams. “A business or an individual operating from the soul space can create results that have a long - standing impact. My purpose is to enable you to be inspired from within. I walk alongside you to optimize your potential and maximize results that serve you the best!” That’s the reason for the name Verscient, meaning Versatile Knowledge which provides solutions in line with your unique proposition.
